Why opposition failed so badly in 2019 general election!!

Why opposition failed so badly!

On 23rd of May election result came out, and BJP led NDA returned to power with thumping majority. Some of us expected this outcome while other would have predicted differently, but honestly I am not at all surprised with this outcome, coz somewhere deep down I knew something like this, is within the realm of possibilities. I have always been a massive fan of strong government with deep nationalistic sentiment and we have got one for the second time around, and I am elated/ecstatic. I guess there is no point keeping my emotions secret here. Now, what gave BJP such an edge over its opponents is something I would like to discuss very much, something I’ll definitely discuss later. But here today, I like to start with, what may have aided the fall of Congress led UPA from the grace! What may have resulted the Congress downfall!  Now, Let’s track from the beginning to have a clear picture.

The entire campaign of the opposition against BJP was by and large based on three things, namely: Hate, Abuse & lies and in this nefarious (and almost sadistic) endeavour, evil alliance of oppositions, wannabee intellectuals and notorious fear-mongers played the pivotal role without success, of course.

Hate, Abuse & lies started immediately after the formation of BJP government in 2014. Hate and indignities are heaped at Modi and those who had supported Modi. Calling BJP supporters with derogatory terms and running them down by using words such as Offspring’s/Children of Gomata and illiterate Gorakshak etc. only alienated the mass (distanced the people) from the Pseudo-liberal backed oppositions.

Then came whole award Wapsi saga, which didn’t play out the way Pseudos’ would have wanted or expected. Next in line would be the Intolerance ruckus and fear mongering. Now, let me clarify the meaning of the word fear mongering: Fearmongering or scaremongering is the spreading of frightening and exaggerated rumours of an impending danger or the habit or tactic of purposely and needlessly arousing public fear about an issue. Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan were the first to sense the air of intolerance which was supposedly sweeping through the country and they even went far to suggest that they were considering leaving India. But then, since none of them left India, the seeds of fear they had planted, didn’t sprout. Later came Nasiruddin Shah, Sabana Azmi, Javed Akthar and so on to fuel the narrative of intolerance, but again they suffered the same fate. And the reason no one took the intolerance discourse seriously, is because no one left India yet they wanted so very badly to go to a safer place. Honestly, if all of those guys had left, or atleast some of them had left, we probably would have had the reason to introspect, but since no one left,
we had shaken off their intolerance ruckus as a dog shakes dirty pond-water from its coat. So my humble suggestion to all of them, who feels they might fall victim to intolerance, is to leave India and set an example, otherwise it’s excruciatingly difficult to take you guys any seriously.

Next in line, is JNU’s Azadi, I mean tukde tukde brigade. Those wannabe seculars were spewing venom against India’s sovereignty. They took the pledge to continue struggle till India is obliterated from the world map. Now, congress president Rahul Baba was very quick to extend his unconditional support to those tukde tukde gang to break Indian into pieces. Kejriwal was another black-sheep to support that group. But communists went a step further, and gave Kanhaiya kumar ticket to fight election. I mean how can they expect us to vote for such an abominable traitor, a terror sympathise! I mean, I know those pseudos consider common Indian mass as stupid, that’s okay. But how could they even picture us voting for a traitor and terror sympathiser like kanhiya! We could be stupids (if that’s what you guys feel), but we can’t be traitors.

Then came barrage of abuse and lies. Many suckers literally, made career just by abusing Modi. You know what, for last few years, there was a Modi abuse competition raging. And the pseudos-seculars gangs were the high command, fuelling/encouraging this sadistic practice. There was a time, where all you have to do is to abuse Modi to buy an entry to the evil church, that evil church controlled by pseudo-intellectuals. But I kept wandering, what is the vested interest of ultra-left pseudo liberals in getting congress back in power. I kept wondering, why those so called intellectuals are investing so much of energy and effort in showing Modi in bad light. Their stock argument against Modi govt. was, his elusive Muslim hatred, by the way, this Muslim hatred, that they constantly refer to, cannot be perceived by common men. This can only be seen through the glass of pseudo-secularism. But ones those pseudos’ put down the cornerstone of their argument (i.e. BJP is communal), what else do the appeal to? Honestly, nothing. Because there is nothing to appeal to. That’s precisely the reason why, the pseudo-liberal kept on reaching for the low hanging fruits of Muslim appeasement and fear mongering. But sadly, it didn’t play out well this time around.

But let me give you guys a little insight into the real motives and intentions of the pseudo-secular and their desperation in getting Congress back in power or at-least dethroning BJP. For that you have to understand, who those seculars are. Those self-proclaimed liberal-intellectuals had been around in India for ages, and during the freedom struggle they were very close to British govt. and those are the people enjoyed the fruits of their allegiance to the British govt. while the true freedom fighters were shading their blood. Sadly, Neheru and INC was one such organization. They sacrificed almost nothing during the freedom struggle, and were the one to enjoy exclusive privilege after independence. Such betrayal! Such staggering betrayal!

And after independence, those pseudo-intellectual factions started playing the role of the king makers/ pressure group, voice in governance, till 2014. Remember in mediaeval time, “Turkan-E-Chahelgani” during Sultanate period, (the 40 powerful novels) they were the epicentre of power. They had the power to elect sultan to the throne. Similarly, our fake liberal-intellectuals were also playing the same role, maybe not as directly as “Turkan-E-Chahalgani”, but they definitely worked as the pressure group. They had the loudest voice in governance, until recently. They, those fake liberal-intellectuals, have very sinister ways of functioning. They cling on to a small group, enjoy all the benefits which they of course don’t deserve, it’s like you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours. They are the most corrupt and notorious people and these are the people, gives birth to corruption of all sorts. They give rise to propaganda for their benefits. They have no concern for anyone, they have no concern for you, unless you are of any use to them, all they care about is their own wellbeing at the expense of others labour. But, since Modi came in power, those king makers/Lutyens /Khan market gang/ Fake intellectuals, they are rendering jobless. It is now existential battel for them to remain any relevant. They even tried all possible ways to break into Modi circuit, but Modi remained aloof, maintaining his safe distance from Lutyen faction. As the centre of power shifts, those Latinas lost their mind and they almost become hysterical, but this hysteria did no favour to them.

Next would be Congresses failed venture: Congress came up with, something called NYAY. They thought they could sway in/attract the voters by throwing freebees of 72K a year, but no one was interested in freebies. And if everything comes down to freebees, then BJP can do that too, why do we need congress for that! Nyay, as usual, turned out to be a failed move.

Again, oppositions tried making case for themselves, by talking about the supposed bad economic situation. They were citing various bookish economic parameters to prove their points. They were talking about GDP down by fraction, FDI, FII is not up to the mark. Citing Press freedom index, Gross Happiness index and so on and so forth. But funny thing about all those indices is that, you can say whatever rubbish you want/ you can throw in whatever rubbish you want, yet you can’t be absolutely wrong. It is one of those idiosyncrasies, where you can literally say anything and it really means nothing.  So, it’s no wonder, no one took those issues seriously.

Then, in West Bengal, TMC thought they could win election, simply by using violence and intimidation as they did in earlier elections, but one very interesting aspect of fear and intimidation is that, fear and violence has a threshold, and as you cross that limit, people becomes fearless. They are ready to take the violence head on. That’s precisely what happened this time around in WB and violence failed to yield desired result for TMC.

Then, lies after lies in the form of Rafal deal to fake corruption allegation to GST misinformation.
Mamata even went a step further, and manages to identify corruption in demonetization, a move which was solely intended to eradicate corruption. In the meantime, abuse against Modi continued unabated.

Opposition questioned every move of the Govt. They questioned surgical strike, Balakot Airstrike, questioned Indian national army. They even questioned, the importance of national anthem. They were of the opinion that, asking someone to stand for national anthem, is infringement upon personal freedom. Congress in their manifesto, promises to withdraw sedition law. We had to swallow all this nonsense. But the opposition never realise, that you can’t win the war by pissing off the entire army! Similarly, you can’t possibly expect to win election by acting against India. You guys were talking against the national interest. In the end, all of this backfired for the opposition. Opposition were under the perception that they were building on to something substantial against Modi, but they never realised that all those arguments are self-destructive. Modi on the other hand soaked in all the attacks, waited and then delivered the knockout punch. Those are the reason why; I think oppositions failed so badly. Where would they go from now, I honestly don’t care. I only care about my inclusive India and my government.

I would like to add something here.
Lutyens though Modi is just a wild horse, it will take some effort, but they will eventually tame/ subdue/ subjugate Modi. But Modi turned out to be untameable unicorn. Modi is not going to play by Lutyen’s rules. He has his own rules and you guys better get comfortable. Modi is back in power with astounding majority and it looks like he is gonna stay here for really long time. Now the question is, what would those liberals do from now, because they pretty much tried and tested all their weapons in their arsenal ranging from intolerance to award returning to spreading fear to propaganda to what not. What would be the next drama, because they pretty much used it all.

Lastly, I would like to touch on one more point. Pseudos’ kept referring to their elusive/supposed intelligence and always tries run others down. But I personally feel, they are as dumb and as imbecilic as could be found anywhere else. They have a set of stock arguments which they constantly refer to. Another tactic they often resort to, is name calling and personal attack. Left have an overarching affinity of manipulating the language, because if you can control the language people speak, you can control the thought. And if you control thought, you control actions, and if you control the actions, you control the world. But as you corner them with facts and figures, you will realise how imbecilic their arguments really are. So I dare all Leftist to ditch the Thesaurus and meet us on equal footing, and let the world decide who has got more to offer, and who are the true intellectuals here. Because, in the game of wit and intellect, we are fairly well armed. We can beat you guys any day and anytime because we don’t harbinger lies and propagandas/ we don’t deal in lies and propagandas.

In the end, I appeal: say no to leftist propaganda. Say no to communism.
